It's in my gutload and they still go nuts for it also put just the flower in and they ate it just the same

This isn't my main cricket colony but yes you can use oranges for a water source. These are just the crickets that I was gutloading to feed today. Oranges are great for gutloading.

My crickets and roaches have never have a water source other than fresh fruits and vegetables (which is the best water source)

Yes u can that or potato slices or both leafy greens help with moisture to but I dont think its enough by themselves
