I'm making up some more Cricket Crack tonight.

$7.95 for a pound. / 12.90 shipped
2 pounds for $7.50 / 19.95 shipped

I feed this to my crickets, superworms, and roaches. Using a small spoonful at a time, when offering. I must add that this is just one food source that I use, and that a varied, and rotated diet is the best method I have found in keeping Chameleons healthy and interested in their food prey.

What kind do you get for free? A few companies out there use chicken feed that should cost you no more than two dollars a pound.

Do you just use this for gutloading or raising crickets? I can never get my crickets to grow any bigger than when I purchase them. I'd like them to breed because I need a steady supply of pinhead crix.

What part of Califorria do you live? We just had a Chameleon club meeting last night in West Los Angeles area, and the topic of discussion was Cricket breeding. What do you feed your crickets? You can raise crickets up on many things. Adding heat, or keeping your crickets in the 80's or 90' will make them grow faster.

I live in the Palmdale area above Santa Clarita. For feeding till gutloading I only use cornmeal, as was suggested by the breeder, but they do not grow. I only use flukers for gutloading right now but I believe I will give yours a try. You seem to have put a lot of thought in what to put in yours for chameleon health.

.....I dunno it might be chicken feed......The guy at the pet store( he looks like the lead singer of buckcherry with blond hair) told me he would give me some when I asked if he knew where to buy soem locally. He seems to know his stuff when it comes to chams. I also feed my crickets roman lettuce, carrots, apples and potatos
