Brown anole? Second guess would be Green anole but colored brown. Third gets would be Grass Lizard... 4th would be green tree frog..lol
Just going down the list of rep/amphibians they have off memory.. Have not been to one in many years...
Don't tell me if I am wrong, keep adding clues.
I think there might be something on the leaf or even a newt head by the water (under the bark) but don't think you would set something like this up for an amphibian (not practical).

Looks like a brown anole to me, which are native to Cuba.
However, when I think of a Cuban Anole, I usually think of a Knight Anole (A.K.A. Cuban Knight Anole).

Nope, it’s not a fire bellied toad, although they are gorgeous! I live in upstate New York, not CA, and besides, I didn’t buy this one…

Yikes Running out of toads here.. Cain Toad was a good guess from Pickle Cham but a 10 gal would be to small for it later in life.

Where I grew up, we only had toads. (I.e. toads were toads.)

It is an eastern American toad! His name is Friglet(named after a 4 year old) and I found him at work! I had an old 10 gallon tank, and after a quick trip to Petco for some tank decor, he was all set! He eats the same things my Cham eats,(crickets, super worms,etc.) and he is a very easy pet to care for!

Have you started food training? Mine eat from my hands and make a loud snick sound.. So cool! I purchased one ebay 2 years ago (before getting the YSCT's) Eastern American Toad. Funny Funny Funny and how active they are.
She is now with a breeder in the Los Angels area who is breeding Pied American Toads .. Still in the high dollar range of 1,000 per toadlet. Just a little extra info. Similar to the one below-- Thank you "bing imaging".

Yup that’s what I thought too. The females are normally larger than the males and the males have a pinkish stomach while the females have a plain stomach.
yup she already eats right out of my hand! And she has a way faster tongue than my Cham!
ooh the pied toad is stunning! And I can’t believe they go for 1,000 dollars!
