Grubs

Yup I can get that. I'm in a similar boat. Saltwater is a pretty steep learning curve at first and over the months/years becomes pretty simple. Reefs are beautiful, but if I was to do it again I'd go for something weird like cuttlefish, a mantis shrimp, or maybe seahorses. There are so many options with saltwater... I love how you can make cool refugiums too for the beneficial fauna/flora
Yes! Seahorses!! Those and little octopus are the sole reason I want to go saltwater! ?

I really know nothing about it, and dont even know if the two are compatible in the same tank. But I will one day.

Haha nope, cephalopods need their own dedicated aquarium with extreme filtration incase they ink and from messy food. Their intelligence is amazing and they will eat everything in the tank. I like cuttlefish because at least they won't remodel the aquarium so you can have plants and some corals.

Sounds like Ill have to have 2 aquariums...or 3...or 4....or one in every room of the house. Bahahahaha.

My husband hates me ??

You can get the pearly nautilis occasionally, they live for 20 years or so, not the most interesting critters I've seen tho, they just sit there.

I can't believe the giant squid only lives for five years lol

Don't they need something special? It's been a while since I was in SW so my memory is fuzzy
