I have a veiled and jax both around 2 months and was wondering if and when they would eat greens?? And if so what would be the best veggie/fruit/green?

Welcome to the forums. Most likely they want eat fruits and veggies for a couple more months but you can always offer it to them now. I've never had a Jackson but my veileds always like fruit and veggies and some of my panthers did. I offer greens such as turnip, collard, mustard, dandelion, endive and kale. They also like carrot and mellon. For fruits try strawberry, banana, apple, blueberry and pear.

My blog for new keepers is attached below.

Veileds are commonly known to chomp down things that don't move and smell good. Although, my 5m old jackson is horribly offended by greens that aren't attached to plants.
She puffs up and gets territorial every time i offer anything like that.
She does really enjoy pineapple filled crickets though...
so perhaps gut loading the things you want to offer in the case of refusal?

There are a ton of great blogs on this subject from a while ago. One in particular is pretty awesome, by sandrachamleon, here you go https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/

I started offering my veiled greens at about 2 months.
started with mustard greens. Freshly picked. with in 30 seconds he was devouring them!
I would put them in the same location in a shallow small bowl so they stuck out near his basking spot.
I also use different types of lettuce, just started butternut squash (here's hoping). I also have hears GREAT things about baby tears cham's regardless of what type seem to love them.
