Gravidity

I am unsure if my girl is ready to lay eggs, opinions? I apologize for the poor picture quality, I only have my phone on me. Also, ignore the horrible pothos, I an replacing it this weekend. She has not shown any signs of being gravid (eating normal, not ever going to the bottom of the cage, drinking normal) But at times she seems to have eggs, like in the photo. But when she is walking around, there is no sign of any lumps or bulges. What do you guys think? If the picture doesn't show up, I will upload it again.

Do you know if she has been showing receptive colors recently? :D

Not that I know of. Sometimes she turns dark when she is annoyed with my cleaning or something in her cage, but that is really it. She is usually just that shade of green in the picture. I have been trying to figure this out for a while, so I decided to turn to the forums

Hm interesting, I have no experience with any females, but give this post a little time until someone who does can point you in the right direction figuring whether or not she's ready to lay eggs, sorry I couldn't help as much as I'd like to! :p

Thank you for the effort. I am looking for any information that I can get.

How old is she? You will see receptive colours before she lays eggs. And in these pictures she does not have mature female/receptive colouration. You should see the orange and blue spots come around 6 to 12 months age.

I bought her from petco (I have learned from that mistake) on February 2, 2017. I have definitely had her for well over a year. She is also a bit of a runt, I have noticed. I have never seen any yellow/blue colors as I know mean sexual maturity, so that is why I am so confused!

She looks healthy from the pictures. You can avoid a female laying eggs by keeping them slightly cooler and feeding slightly less. I don't completely understand how this is achieved. I wouldn't be worried if I were you. When you see the receptive colours come through then get ready.

Thank you. Her basking spot is in the mid to high 70s, so it is already slightly bit cooler. Sometimes I feed her every two days instead of every other day, which i think has been working well for her. Thank you for the input :)
I was worried because I have never seen these 'receptive colors' and thought that something was wrong with her. She is quite a conundrum.
