Gravid Pumpkin???

Let me share the story.

I had my male Ambilobe and Female out for some sun Yesterday and went inside to grab some things. They were separated by a sheet and were on different trees. I was under the impression they had no clue either was out there. They were taken out at different times and have never bothered each other before.

I was in the house for about 10 min ... I came back outside to Mr. Raul Duke climbing on a Really Pink Pumpkin! I was helpless to stop it.

Here is the shocker Pumpkin made her way to his tree!!!!!. Whoa!!! I never would have thought she would seek him out. Or maybe it was a " Oh hi, uh didn't know you were over here, Kinda thing. . She was quite the acrobat to get over there.

She sure looks gravid to me! My females are the same way... Boy Hungry Tramps! I would keep a close eye on her weight and mark the copulation on the calendar... You should have some eggs in about 30 days! Congrats man!

They are both Ambilobe. Male is sired by Isary Mifidy /Kammers and Female is Jakes (Westcoast Chameleons) Da Vinci

She was a little young but she must have know she was ready.

Thos females can be a little boy crazy sometimes hahaha. The first mating of mine was like that sorta. My female escaped from a crack at the bottom of her outside cage. Somehow it got bumped and left an opening at the bottom. Well she mated with the dude then walked about 50 yards to a huge tree. It took me 2 days to find her and around 20 days to find out she was prego. Sh got super at and I was like UH OH! hahaha
