Goodbye Darwin.

Well today was my last day with Dariwn..
I had him since he was about 2 months old according to Petco.
I have given him away to one of my brothers friends that was wanting one. he had built him a cage and got the right supplies for him... Im glad that he is in a good home now. but i can't stop missing him.

I felt as if I couldn't give him the right amount of care... I didn't have a screen cage, proper lights, and was struggling to buy food for him.

He doesn't like forums. and he doesn't really go on the internet. I get to see him often so I get the updates on him then. I am not sure if he is and when he is. I told him he more than likely has signs on MBD and i had to explain that he needs to get to the vet. he said his next paycheck he is going to get a checkup on him and check for MBD.

I am going to see him tomorrow after school, and I am making sure he gets to the vet. as soon as possible. I will post updates on him periodicaly

Thanks Tiff! my mom already wants to get me a new one.. im having a hard time explaining why i can't deal with it... D: its hard enough letting go of Darwin. I don't want to make the same mistakes again... ugh this is going to be really hard..

well he said if he can get on his computer tonight or early tomorrow he is going to join. he is at work alot so Im hoping he will get on tonight. and don't doubt him not joining. hes got very limited access to internet. he lives near the library so he might go there.

You did the respectable thing and had the animals well being in mind. I say save up and get all the correct supplies you need and then get an animal from a respectable breeder. At least you get to see your pal here and there and make sure the keeper who has him now does a good job with him.
