Good Book on Panthers?

Can anyone recommend a good informative book on Panthers? The only book I have is the Essential Care of Chameleons by Philippe de Vosjoli. I was looking to buy Chameleons: Nature's Hidden Jewels by Peter Necas but it is very expensive and I don't know whether it is a good buy?

The Petr Necas bood is great. I love mine. But we can only get the first edition here, if you have a chance to buy the 2nd edition buy 2 and scalp one to me.

Thanks, are they very informative? I want books with a lot of info that aren't too scientific if you know what I mean.

In that case you want the 2nd one Laurie mentioned. The Necas book is a great reference but doesn't have much about pet-keeping. The Panther Chameleon by Ferguson, et al. is also very good but you can imagine how much info a book solely about Furcifer pardalis would have.

Thanks, I'll move onto something more detailed once I have digested more of the basics. Does this 2nd book Laurie mentioned have more info than the one I already have do you know?

Yes, it has a good bit more information than what you currently have.
