Golem is having issues shedding!

My male Veiled Chameleon Golem is about 10 months old (not really sure of his age I got him from a very shaddy pet-store), I have had him in my care for the past 3 months. He has been shedding normally. Everything has been normal till I transferred him to a Reptibreeze since then (about 1.5 months now) I have had issues with temp, and heat, I fixed the heat issues but even with 5x a day misting i cant get him to break 30% humidity! NOW here is where I am truly confused! I have 3 humidity/temp sensors, 2 out of the 3 are analogue the 3rd is digitized. The first reading comes from the upper right (which is where my humidifier comes in) second is on the bottom right, third is in the basking area which is the digital one that I have been going on.
First averages 60% second 80% third which is the digital is 20% or less!

I have tried putting in a live ficus that has now grown to take up 50% of his enclosure, plus sealing off 3 sides.

All that being said my real issue is the fact that he has been shedding over the past 5 days... Normally it takes him 1 days to shed this time it's 5 and he is not even at 50% completed... I am worried and before I run to my vet I wanted to make sure I was not being paranoid...

Using a fogger like the reptifogger [http://zoomed.com/db/products/EntryDetail.php?EntryID=252&DatabaseID=2&SearchID=5] will help you keep your humidity up, along with the misting.
And as for the shedding, the humidity has a lot to do with it, try lightly directly misting your cham and get them to the more humid spots.

be careful with the fogger they can cause too much humidity as well. I have seen Chams in bad shape because of too much humidity.

As Veiled chameleons move into adulthood they no longer shed the same way as when they were babies. They can shed over several days and different parts at different times. Rather than purchase and set up another misting device, you could put him in the shower. If you place a plant into the shower with the chameleon on it and then direct a warm spray of water toward the wall (not on the chameleon) the spray will bounce off the wall onto him and could help with the shedding problem. I think some folks will leave them in the shower for 15 to 20 minutes maybe even longer. I don't have a shower so have not been able to do this but wish I could.

I have been putting him in my bathroom sink with a tad of water about up to his knees and then I take an extra hot shower myself so that the bathroom can get really nice and steamy. Does that work?

I have found that the humidity reading from under the basking light can be very different from the rest of the cage. I wouldn't trust the analogs, but I suggest putting the digital one in a different spot and see if you get a different reading.

Also, as they age, they will take longer to shed. Sometimes it will take days to shed. Adults will even take months to do a complete shed (they might shed an arm or two for a few days, then a little while later they shed their tail, and so on.)
