going to sleep earlier should I be worried?

Okay, I have been looking around and searching to see if chams go to bed earlier during this time of year, I have seen that some people change their schedules from 7am to 5:30. Now if this is true I feel much better because my chameleon is doing the same thing I just was to make sure it is normal. If it is normal should I just have lights go out earlier instead of leaving them from 7-7? Can I be expecting this kind of behavior until it begins to warm up again?

Chameleons pretty much go with the light and dark from outside. In the summer my guys would stay up until 8 PM and now they want to go to bed at 5:30. So yes, change your lights.

okay, thank you I was beginning to worry because he used to stay up until 8 as well until just recently. I will make sure to change the times as soon as I get home!
