I think he is cold ,check your temps, that uvb lamp should be 5 to 7 inches above where he sits ,it will not transmit through glass, make sure basking spot is warm 80 or better and he gets 12 hours light 12 hours dark to sleep at night 60's is OK , I would start working on the full screen enclosure now as I think anything more than 3 months in the glass is pushing it. Don't over water when he is in the glass enclosure let it dry out between mistings. If you have seen him eat and drink half the battle is won,don't stress puffin up a little is normal defensive mechanism.
