Gnats

Does anyone else have a problome with gnats? Theyre all in my cage and im worried they will hurt him. I cant seem to find anything safe for my boy to get rid of them. Some said to let soil dry for a couple of days, but his mister goes off twice a day. And the bottom of his cage has enough plants taken out already. I am hoping to fix this problome soon.

Gnats? Nooo…no one here ever has any gnat problems.
Unfortunately there’s no one certain fix for it, but lots of things to try. Drosera capensis aka sundew plants are great carnivorous plants for gnats. Put outside your enclosure. Okay. Thank you so much for the links. I might try the mantids. I have ben looking for some other food for him to eat. So that would work perfectly.

Thank you for the links, i will buy some, hopefully they will get better. And hopefully he likes mantis, lol. They have killed two of his plants and i cant have them kill another.

O an organic approach nematodes, just a thought. Lol I like vinegar but only on my chips / fries ,

one more question, are praying mantis a good stable food for my boy? or should I order both the egg case and roaches?
