Do you think i could put black paper on the inside of the cage so the reflection doesnt frighten my veiled cham?

yes temp. ill make a wood cage and nail screen around it. should the floor be screen also? and i want to put like plants in there but what kind should i get since i hear bad things about toxic plants

i mentioned in your other post bad idea to hard to keep dry wich would cause bacteria and the respritory infection wich is why most people stay far away from glass in first place

Glass CAN work fine. MANY people use glass without issue.
That said, sounds like you're having some trouble. Yes, paper can be used (but paper wont last long inside a glass cage due to the water - and it might leech out dyes). You could also buy some of that window film covering that typically is used to cling to bathroom windows to preserve privacy. Its not expensive.
