Getting rid of tiny flies

Hello, I've started getting these little tiny flies like fruit flies from Pascal's tank. They don't do anything but they are quite annoying. I'm wondering, are they coming from how damp the enclosure is? and would introducing predators, like a couple jumping spiders, help?

Those little flies make my chams so upset. They turn dark and stay close to the branch.

The Zevo flying insect traps work great too - think they are little cheaper than the Katchy too but either option is a good bet.

Also, praying mantid nymphs love them, alot of people buy ooths and hatch them inside the enclosure. They are safe for your cham and bonus they are a snack to boot.

never seen them walk at all. Just fly and land and sit still, then fly off again

Ive had good luck with this style.

You just fill it with "stuff" and a drop of dish soap. The stuff can be a piece of fruit in water, or a bit of vinegar, or even a bit of wine.

Having some drosera capensis sundews sitting around also help combat the soil gnats.
