Getting adopted chameleon to eat

I adopted a Jackson's chameleon on Monday from a friend who was neglecting his care and uninformed on the care of these animals. He looks healthy and I saw him drink today, but have not seen him eat very much. He has eaten several silk worms out of my hand over the past couple days but other than that nothing. I have provided crickets and several types of worms and he seems uninterested. Let me know if anyone has any ideas to get this guy eating.

I have just been keeping a supply of crickets in his cage and this morning I saw him eat one! yay. He seems to be making the switch to my house just fine.

Sounds like he will adjust to his new home very nicely! He is lucky to have you taking care of him. How old is he? You may want to have a fecal test done since he was not kept under ideal conditions. Don't want any surprises coming your way! Good luck with your new friend!
