So the question was: do you think it is a male or a female? i am not very sure myself..If you cannot see him properly I can try to upload more images. thank you x

Based off the first picture I would say it is a female.

If you have any more pictures especially of the tail base it would help me be more confident in my answer.

update

ok so now my little panther cham is about 4-5 months old. He started to show some green and red tones. especially when he gets angry... it is still quite small and the colours are very subtle..not sure what to think.

Thanks for the update. You have a female for sure, those colors as well as the tail base are that of a typical female. She does seem a little small for her age but hopefully she will jump up in size for you soon.

thanks a lot NHenn, too bad though... I was hoping the signs of colours would indicate it would be a male.
she hissed a few times at me when getting too close to her. Do you think it might be a an early sign of a hot temper?

She is still young and most will go through that stage as they are growing up. I would keep working with her and hopefully after she gets older and matures she will settle down and develop trust with you.
