Has anybody ever used a tall Fuscia plant in with their Cham? Thought it might add a bit of colour

Do you mean fuchsia? They're slightly toxic in mammals (not more than ficus sp.). I would use it as long as your chameleon doesn't eat the whole plant.

When my female Veiled was small I thought the same thing - put a Fuchsia in her viv to add colour. Great to start with until it dropped all its flowers and made a mess! Only bothered trying it the once! Hibiscus can be encouraged to bloom in cages too. I have one in a cage that regularly goes outside and doesn't have UV over it when indoors and it is still flowering just fine! In the past when I have kept them in the indoor cages under UV tubes they have failed to flower after the first couple of blooms.
