Fungal infection first time owner?

So my veiled fuji was recently given to me from a friend and I had been looking into getting a veiled myself so I was really happy when I got him. Im really worried though and dont have money to take him to a vet at the moment. I mist his cage for about a minute 2-3 times a day feeding him a minimum of 5 crickets a day with calcium no d3 my house stays at a steady 70 degrees. I clean his cage and rearrange his surroundings every saturday. Hes not the kind of Chameleon who likes to be handled but with hand feeding he seems to like me enough. The top of his head looks like it has a fungus of some kind

Please help!! Also for a dripper I just made a small hole inside a water bottle that drips through the mesh. I planned on upgrading everything once my job gets situated.
