I just have a few fungal gnats am I allowed to put cinnamon in the soil. And I am going to try to get a sundew this weekend

I have so many they're getting annoying lmao. You can can some mosquito bits that you put on top of the soil under the rocks. It's safe for animals just make sure you cover the soil & bits well with rocks.
