Fruits and veggies?

Hey everyone,

I'm a new chameleon owner and I was just wondering what kinds of fruits and vegetable I can feed my chameleon? How should I prepare the food, and how should I feed it to him?

what kind of chameleon do you have? If it is a Panther, they really don't eat fruits and vegetables. I know the Veilds do. I have seen members on here feeding them dark leafy greens but not sure about the fruits.
