Fruitflies

First,How old is your chameleon ? Because fruit flies are small and usually once your Cham is big enough you feed it things like worms and crickets

with very young panther chameleons, I give them as much as they can eat within about 5 minutes, two to four times every day. Doesnt matter if I'm offering fruit flies, pin heads, or other tiny feeders.

an 8 month old chameleon is unlikely to eat fruit flies (unless its a pygmy)
You could use cultured blue bottle flies.
Moths are a nice enrichment treat.
Flying termites are also a good snack

Okkay I thought so since there really tiny lol
N I have a male veiled
Okkay so any of those are good for him do you know if any of those are easy to find in a local pet/reptile store or do I have to order online
