Today I noticed quite a few tiny flys(I’m assuming fruit flys) in my enclosure. Should I find a way to get rid of them? They seem too small for my cham to notice

Like the one in "little shop of horrors"?They are more likely fungus gnats from your planting soil. They are harmless but annoying. There are several threads on what to do about them. Carnivorous plants are a popular option.
My local reptile shop sells carnivorous plants. What is the best for the situation? There are pitcher plants, sundews, and Venus fly traps.I think "Audrey 2" might be over kill but it's your call.
Sundews are probably easier to get on this planet.

Thanks. Will I have any troubles with my cham trying to eat the sundews?Definitely sundews for the soil gnats. They eat so many you'll want more just to feed the sundews lol.

That makes more sense lol. But I have a glass enclosure, will they leave them enclosure for the sundew? This^
I’m just concerned.. I was out of town for the past few days and now just looking at his enclosure I can spot at least 10 or 15 sitting on the glass. I only saw one or two before I left
