Fruit Flies?

I noticed my local petsmart sells fruit fly feeders. I was wondering if they would be good to feed him every once in a while, are there any risks or benefits to it?

they seem like a waist of energy to me and they get so little out of it

well if you have a little baby it is ok. How old is your chameleon?

He's 7 months old.

at 7 months i'm pretty sure he won't even notice it as food. lol

I have organic soil and it produced a tonnnn of fruit fly sized gnats and i often pray that they will eat them and they never do!!

But freshly hatched baby Chams live off of FruitFlies , they are soo small when they hatch
