Fruit Flies with crickets?!?! HELP

Help! Some how, fruit flies managed to make it into my exo terra cricket keeper and there was so many but I managed to get a ton out but there is still about 5. Any ideas on how I can get them out before they breed???? Can they breen in a cricket pen without bedding? Also I moved them into a different location so maybe that will help. Anyways do fruit flies give birth to maggots? If they do, are they harmful to crickets?

Just wanted to make sure they weren't phorid flies.

Fruit flies lay up to 500 eggs which hatch into maggots/worms. After a few days they will go somewhere to pupate.

Not surehow to get rid of them without harming the crickets. If you could find some insect that would eat the fruit flies and not the crickets it would work.
