Free range. Just drop a ton inside the enclosure.

That's been my method this far with a small piece of fruit to keep them busy, just seeing if anyone has a better mouse trap.

I just let the flies roam about and let my cham move around and hunt. I don't think there's a need to keep the flies in one area.

They should be dusted with Calcium as well. I used a petri dish and this worked fine
