I see no problem. There will be necessary let issue export CITES permit (should be no problem for legal stock). If you need import CITES permits for II animals in Philippines I do not know. Than veterinary export documents.
When paperwork is done book and let ship it like air cargo.
Cost of all his will be roughly $500 (how much costs import documents in Philippines you need know) - 1 chameleon or 1000 almost same costs.
If you are prepared accept and pay them I believe you will find exporterts of your wanted chams.
