Lately my 4 month old female veiled chameleon almost "races" and climbs on the front door of her screened cage when I enter the room. She also lately seems to enjoy being misted .... coming forward into the mist while lifting her head and sitting still. I'm almost afraid to open her cage door because yesterday she ran up the door so fast I thought she would jump out. Is she hungry or friendly ? She gets 6-10 small crickets daily,( depending on how small) some in a cup and some free in the cage for hunting. ( Worms as a treat twice a month) It's time to clean her cage and I don't know what to do with her. I used to put her in a small plant while I cleaned but know I don't think she will stay there!
