Hello I just got a 65 gallon fresh air mesh cage and I'm wondering how to keep the inside warmer??

We need some more info. How are you providing heat now? What temps do you get at the basking perch and how are you measuring it? What species are we talking about? What temps do you have in the room itself? The entire cage doesn't need to be kept at the same temp. If your basking light produces heat in the upper part of the cage its OK that the lower areas are cooler.
