For my F/R set up i have a sand blasted branch i picked up at a reptile expo, vines, leaves, fake flowers to decorate, habba misting system, 150 watt basking bulb, and a 5.0 uvb above the entire set up.
You can also include a Cricket Cup for crickets, mealworms, ect. in your set up if your cham isn't used to being hand fed. Its also great for keeping some extra food if they want a snack and your not around.
Plastic steriltie containers at the bottom are also a good idea to catch droppings, excess water, any feeders that have fallen from the F/R area, ect. MUCH easier to keep the area clean this way.
Best of luck building your F/R setup and be sure to post some pics of the process.
