Found a tunnel...

Found a tunnel in the pot of my female Veiled's Hibiscus. I dug it out a bit but didn't find anything. She's only 5-6 months old and isn't very big. She does look a bit skinnier but that could be my imagination. She was exposed to a male from 3-4 months of age in a large cage. I don't want to uproot the plant and make a big mess for no eggs or infertile eggs.

Did she lay eggs?

The only way to know for sure if she laid any is to dig a hole to see. However if there's a tunnel that was not filled in its possible that she hasn't laid any yet.
