is it okay to give different types of bugs in one day? not only crickets...like could i give a couple crickets and different types of worms?

Yeah it's good for them too:)

Stay away from waxworms, superworms and mealworms.

I order worms online and I always get phoenix worms, hornworms, silk worms, and butter worms. I also hear that chams love dubia roaches.

A variety of bugs is important, different bugs have different nutrients, and chams love a variety, unless they are picky eaters (this is one reason to stay away from supers, meals and waxs)

I order from smallpetfeeders, lindasgonebuggy and mulberryfarms. I have just started with mulberryfarms so I will let you know what I think.

they are just fatty and have a hard exo skeleton that can be hard to digest when fed in excess.

a few of these once a week wont do anything.

I was just saying, because most local petstores only carry those three, and when given in excess they can cause problems. But yeah as treats they're fine I agree.

got to make sure you clarify, so people dont think these are bad worms all together.
