fogger

i have a fogger for my fish tank somewere just wondered if i can find it would it be ok to but in with charleigh to keep it humid in her tank.
If yes how long do you recomend leaving it on for as her tank is a full glass one atm?
Also went to the pet shop to get a few things for her and they gave use exo terra plantation soil and exo terra forest moss i have put the soil in her viv but dont know about the moss apparently it helps them breath but then i have read she will it eat and it will causes problems

I run one in my room, and sometimes on my chameleons cage, on really dry days just to boost humidity some. I can't see that it could be harmful in any way.
