Fly diet any ideas?

I was hanging out in my room yesterday and seen my cham strike the side of the cage many times and then seen there was a fly in the room so i caught him and let him go in the cage and he was all over it. my cham dose not really like crickets it seems as he only eats about one big one a day if that. i need him to eat more so i tryed diff sizes he dose not seem to care about pin crickets or mid ones and a no on super worms. he has lots of opportunity to strike them but he wont. he seems really into flies any idea how i can make this more healthy and maybe make a switch he needs to eat more?

You can order BB flies and hatch them out from the matisplace.com. I feed them once or twice a week.

However, i would not use them as a staple. You might want/need to try silk worms, horn worms, roaches, etc.
