fish oil gutload?

I have some fish oil caps that are old and i was going to throw away..

Any benefit to giving these to my dubia?

probably just be a big mess, i would just stick to high protein dog and cat food crumbs and fish food for raising and breeding, and then scraps for gutloading.

They're good for your dog's haircoat if you have a dog.

I toss a few gel caps in with my crickets every 3 to 4 months. They chew thru and drink the oil liquid.

Yeah, Dubia's should tear into them to. Or might need to cut one a little to get feeding to commence.

They did indeed tear the fish oil up! : ) no traces of it the morning after I popped a few in.

Any ideas if a little Vit C is okay for the troupes?

I take a lot of vitamins and don't want to throw away ones that have been left out, fallen on the floors, etc etc.. haha.
