first time vet visit

I'm taking my new senegal to the vet for the first time. What is the easiest way to travel with her? I know when we bought her they just put her in a cardboard box and I don't know if I should just do that. Please help the appointment is on Monday , the trip is about 15 min long from my house.

Get a box of suitable size and cram a stick in there so its suspended from corner to opposite corner. This will give the cham something to grip and it will feel more comfortable. Keep the box shut and out of direct sunlight in the car.
