First time sunbathing

Charlie has been in a sunless room for quite awhile and would get nervous if he got too far from his cage. But after a little training we were able to get him into a sunny window for the first time. hopefully I can get him outside so he can finally feel the sun.

My Cham and I do have a little trouble getting out of the cage. But once he's out he is great. I usually take him out in the mornings before it gets hot and place him on a hibiscus tree in my deck. He loves the real sun just wish it was a little bit easier to get him out sometimes but he's only about 3/4 months so he learning. U should really get him outside u wud be amazed what the real sun does to their colors. It really helps their color brighten and they just love it.

He looks happy lol, once he starts to come out of his cage more willingly definitely take him outside so he can soak up some natural UVA/UVB, as pleasant as it is for him to sit next to a window, the glass will block out all of the good stuff!

Don't forget that glass filters out alot of the UVB that your cham will benefit from. If you can get him outside, it is much more beneficial.
