I've done a fair bit of research myself, but I think it would be pretty unfair to my little guy if I refused to ask just because I felt I was doing a good enough job on my own, and id like to correct any issues before they could become problematic.

• Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon- Panther, male, just under two months old.
How long has it been in your care? • 8 days
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? • I haven't taken him out of his cage yet, closest thing to handling is when I clean out the bottom of the cage every day
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? • I feed him mainly crickets gutloaded with Apple, carrots, red lettuce, oatmeal and flukers Orange cubes, and occassional waxworms. He ignores fruitflies, but I plan on ordering some silkworms and starting a dubia roach colony in the next two weeks
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? • rep-cal without d3 5 days a week, reptivite with d3 once a week on mondays
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? • I use a spray bottle to mist the enclosure two Or three times a day, for about 5 minutes at a time, unless he continues drinking the whole time, then I will go longer. Also, a dripper for about an hour in the morning, and he's getting a mist king setup for christmas
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? • the stool is black and solid, with bright white urate attached generally about half the size of the stool. Has not been tested for parasites yet, is this something I could do myself with a high powered microscope under the supervision of a herpetologist, Or would I need a vet to check it?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. No history that I'm aware of, bought him at the ny reptile expo

Cage Info: • Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen,Combo?) What arethedimensions? • screen cage with a glass front door, 16x16x32

Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? • 82 degree basking spot, middle to floor of cage 70-73 measured with a zoo med digital probe thermometer
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? Howareyou creating and maintaining theselevels? What do you useto measure humidity? • 50-70% through spraying the cage and damp paper towels on the bottom for a few hours when its particularly dry.
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? • no live plants yet, a network of sticks and plastic vines and leaves
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high trafficareas? Atwhat heightisthetop of the cage relative to your room floor? • the cage is in my bedroom next to a third story window so he looks way down at the ground, about 4 feet off my room floor
Location - Where are you geographicallylocated? Connecticut

Current Problem - no current problems, just looking to prevent any

I don't see any problems here but thats just me maybe some more experienced keeper could correct me but I see nothing :p pos pics of the enclosure please :)

one lil thing i noticed..most of us supplement on this schedge

calcium w/out d3 every feeding

calcium w' d3 twice a month

vites, and minerals also same as cal w/ d3 twice a month.. :D

also post up some pics of your cham and the set up!!

The majority of us use the Reptisun 5.0 tube lights. I am not sure about the Zilla lighting. Is that tropical or desert series?. I have seen people have eye issues with their chams with these lights. Does your chameleon ever close his eyes during the day? He shouldn't be just so you know. If he is, it could be the lighting. We have zero issues with the Reptisuns. Also, add a multivitamin to your supplementation a couple of times a month. Most of us use d3 twice amonth but depending on what brand you are using once a week should be ok too. Other than that, it looks like you got everything in order!

I'll add some pictures when I get home, thanks for the info guys!
