First Time Gravid

I was curious about how old everyone's female chameleons were when they become gravid for their first time. My Veiled is 9-10 months old and has never laid eggs. Perhaps she is a late bloomer?

I try to delay egg production until I am ready to breed. I never breed before at least one year of age.

I agree but at 10 months you should have a female who is more than capable of laying

No, no I don't want to breed. I'm just curious when she will start to lay infertile eggs.

With veileds, you can prevent infertile clutches completely with temperature and food intake. Once they start cycling, they will more than likely continue to do so.
