First Shed

Hey all, Icarus is having his first shed with me. Ive had sheds with cresteds but chameleons sound trickier. Mainly concerned about shedding of the eyes? Also any tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Just keep his humidity up and maybe mist two more times a day.
and sometimes a warm showe rhelps.
also he may rub his face on branches, dont be alarmed by it.

What should humidity % be bumped up to? Also for warm showers, in the shower or out of shower?
nothing particuar. just higher. lol.
place the cham on the plant, put both on th floor of the shower, aim the shower head towars the wall, and let the water bounce off, and the mist should land on the plant.

Just upped in general. No exact point. I give the extra mistings like camimom said. If theres any left over shed that doesnt come off the first day, I stick them in the shower. I put them on a plant, and have the luke warm water bounce of the wall and hit the plant for 30min. I also leave a little section of the plant out of the water, in case they need to get out of it.

Shower time!! 

Thats a great looking cham! Looks like hes about got it all off. I always check all their "spikes" and toes, as if those dont shed properly it can cut off the circulation and they will lose that toe or spike. I like his oranges!

I must be doing something right. My female went through a full body shed today. Last night there was a white spot and this morning she was cracking. I gave her a good spray down and left for work. When I came home there was a little pile of shed skin on the floor below where she basks. Looks like my first shed is a success and all other variables seem to be in check. The boy was just finishing a shed when I got them, so he should be coming up on another shed soon. I will check her little toes and spikes for stuck skin. Thanks for the tip.

I just had to go through a shed about 3 hours ago. It always catches me by surprise. He was fine one minute. I come back 10 min later and he is in full shed. Climbing around frantacily . Got some warm water and mist him and he shed the rest.
