first clutch!!!

i am very proud to say : My 8month old yemen female just laid her first clutch (infertile)! she just resurfaced from her laying bin After 2.5days of digging laying and covering in there (after finally accepting my third attempt at a mixture to lay in). Shes 10x thinner then she was when she started . She just took 2 big butterworms from me 10-20mins after coming up, super slow and weak strike but was able to take both down. i dont know is how may eggs she laid bc i dont know when its ok for me to pull out the bin and look? Thanks ahead of time!

Congrats on the eggs. Feed your female well for the next few days and be sure to dust well with plain calcium or give a couple drops of liquid calcium if you have it.
