Hi everyone I just got my first veiled cham his name is Thor and he's awesome he's 4 inches total length and I was wondering when can I feed him a few worms for a treat and what kind would be best for him?

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Congratulations on getting your first cham.
Chameleons do best when fed a variety of feeder insects, which are fed a nutritious diet.
Silkworms, hornworms, and Phoenixworms (also called Calciworms) are all very nutritious types of worms your cham can eat often.
