At least one of the branches should go to the bottom of the cage. If she gets to the floor, you want to give her a way up that is not climbing the screen. I really like that you provided vines and branches of a variety of thickness and material. I think that is overlooked for general enrichment and for nail/foot health.
Do you have a UVB bulb? I can't tell from the photos, but you must have one. The bulbs need to be replaced about every 6 months if you use Zilla or ZooMed brands.
Have you tested the dripper and let it run for a few hours? You don't want a surprise flood on day one.
Are you all set for supplements? How about gutloading your insects?
If you don't have a digital thermometer, even a cheap one, that is something you want to buy now to check the temperature of the basking spot under the heat lamp. If it is too hot, chameleons won't move away from the light and are easily burned.
I can't answer your question about eggs, but hopefully someone with girl cham experience will jump in on that issue.
