Ferns for 20 inch high tanks

I won't test every species...;)
Edit: I've heared that a lot of species don't live long in enclosures and I don't want to buy
all two weeks new ones

great ferns to use are basically all of these. we have all of these on our balcony.
basically this whole group of ferns are good. Aspidiaceae Dryopteris affinis. they are very hardy and grow very well in most conditions. they also grow very fast.

Hi,

thanks for the tip! I've just found this species for only 2€/piece:D
Yes I build some new enclosures for little species which need high humidity and farns help to keep the humidity hight.

Best regards
Benny

we have some on our balcony that are 2m in diameter. they get really big in a short time. it only took around 20 months to get that large. i know alot of people who have them in dart frog cages, and pygmy cham cages.

Hi,

good to know. My main interest was that I have a species who can be cultivated without problems in cages.
When they become bigger the change into my bigger tanks:D

Best regards
Benny
