yea she is, but how can you tell when she is ready to mate?

Well, it doesn't matter because she isn't one year old yet. If you were planning on breeding her, why put so much stress on a growing body? If you weren't planning to breed her, then carry on.

I just wanted to know when she gets gravid? so I could have a laying bin just in case

Just put one in now then. Females should have laying bins from 5-6 months on.
