Feeding?

So my little chameleons doing his thing in his cage, he drinks and I saw him grab a few crickets that got out of the cup. I was wondering should I let all the crickets out of the cup? He doesn't seem to understand yet that they are in there. Suggestions to make sure he's eating enough? Thanks

He wil figure it out. mine gave me a look like wheres my food, when i began cup feeding him. now hes all good.

Alright thank you, just wanted to make sure. He seems more content right now with climbing on everything he can lol.
