Feeding

Hello! I’m new to owning my female veiled chameleon and was wondering about how much she should be getting fed and opinions on her age. I’m unsure about her age but I’m guessing she is young as about 1-3 months old as she is a few inches long. As of right now since I’ve only had her for a few days she’s been getting fed mealworms but I read it isn’t recommended so I am definitely planning on switching her food! I am estimating your chameleon is between 3-6 months of age. I would switch to a diet mostly of crickets. I good approach is to use an insect feeder to allow your chameleon to always have access to food especially with a young growing chameleon.
