how many crickets should I feed at every feed time because im starting with a juvenile and I don't know? please help.

As many as they'll eat. It's important for them to eat as much as possible at this age so they get a nice healthy start to life

they can have a compaction if they eat too much right?

Just make sure he gets plenty of water and he shouldn't become impacted or dehydrated either.
