ive been feeding my cham superworms that have shedded/molted their exoskeleton making them all white and soft to my cham for the last two days and will have to for another few days untill my shipment ofcrickets gets here his poo is normal looking just wondering if i can feed these molted shell supers more than the supers with their shell

Well one of the things that is the downside is impaction from the exoskeleton if fed too much(although I have questioned this) as you seem to already be aware of. He should be fine, but just keep in mind feeding one of them is like feeding 3 crickets as far as fat content goes.

yea i dont feed the ones with the exoskeltons much but lately ive been feeding him the larve/pupae and the worms that have molted thier shells before the shell grows back which is a small window but they are super soft to the touch almost squishy so i dont think thiers any risk of impaction but thats why i asked cause im not 100 percent certain on that but thanks for the advise
