what can i feed butter worms to fatten them up? i bought a little pot of them but some of them are tiny and i'd rather they grew a bit before i fed them to my panther. they're currently just in some saw dust

I understand they normally eat trevo wood in South America, but that they might eat potatoe and wheat bran - however I think its unlikely you'll get them to fatten up much. Best to just feed them off as is and order large ones next time?

i'll try some potatoe and bran, thanks. unfortunately they just came in a little pot of mixed sizes but only 2 or 3 of them were big the rest are very small, ah well eh!

Only feed on the Trevo Bush.

Chilean Moth lives and lays its eggs in the Trevo Bush (Trevoa trinervis). It is from this bush that the Trevo Worms, or Butterworms are collected.
